Our Firepower Show

Our "FIREPOWER" show has to be seen to be appreciated.  It is unique and like no other in the country, as we hold arguably the largest collection of fully firing ordnance anywhere in Europe.

From the silent power of the massive Trebuchets to the thunder, smoke and fire of our largest Bombards which can truly make the ground beneath your feet shake.

During this event, we fire an assortment of Blackpowder artillery and handguns that range in date from the 14th to the 19th Centuries. Should your show require earlier artillery then you need to look no further than our massive Trebuchets, Medieval long bows and crossbows.

Throughout the Show each gun is introduced and its historical aspect explained as it is loaded.  After the necessary safety talk, the guns are fired which all makes for an experience that will stay with the visitor for a long time.
