We are fully licensed and insured, to fire live rounds under ‘Section 12’ of the Firearms Act, enabling us to demonstrate for you and your cameras the consequence of round shot and other projectiles when they strike an object. We have fired at a variety of different targets, timber planking and canvas which represented the walls and sails of ships, earth banks and masonry walls that represented fortifications, and numerous simple wooden targets. However, perhaps it is the resulting effect of shot or shrapnel striking the combatants, as if in the height of battle, that your project requires. We can use manikins or pig carcasses in order to replicate injuries caused by both shot and splinters that are inflicted on people during combat. |

We can bounce Cannonballs across land and water and did this when demonstrating how Barnes Wallis inspired by historical gunnery came upon the idea for the bouncing bomb used in WW2. |
