Siege Engines 

The Star Gun Company is able to provide Siege Engines, or Trebuchets. This mechanical artillery was used to batter castles before the invention of Cannon and both our engines are incredibly impressive as they dramatically hurl their projectiles. The arm of our Traction Trebuchet arches at the top of its swing at 36 feet, and will throw its 5 kg projectile some 200 yards, as eight people haul on its ropes. 

Our counterweight Trebuchet arches at 54 ft and sends a 25 kg projectile up to 250 yards, and both can be employed for night firing, throwing fireballs like Comets through the night sky.

If you require the use of one or both of our Trebuchets, please be aware that these machines require a relatively flat area in which to be positioned, and may require a large arena or fallout area in order that the projectile can be thrown safely.
